I have been an educator in Catholic Schools for the last twenty-one years. This is my fifteenth year at Maria Regina School. As an educator, I have served as (1) a homeroom teacher for sixth, seventh, and eighth grade respectively, (2) a junior high teacher for Religion, Social Studies, Science, Vocabulary Development, Study Skills, Literature, English, Writing, and Computer, as well as (3) a Vice-Principal for Academics.
And in terms of my training, in May 2020, I earned a doctorate of educational technology from Boise State University in Boise, Idaho. Also, I hold a M.A. degree in Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University (LMU) in Los Angeles, California, and a M.A. degree in Education with a Philosophy cognate and a B.A. degree in Philosophy with a Politics minor from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky. Additionally, in May of 2015, I completed a technology integration specialist professional certificate program at Loyola Marymount University (LMU) in Los Angeles, California. As my background indicates, I have many interests but the one most dear to me is that of teaching. As an educator, I am committed to work with students on a daily basis, and I enjoy doing what I do best – help others succeed.
